Coaching isn’t about quick fixes or someone else doing the work for you. Meaningful change requires your willingness to engage, reflect and take action.
The process takes time, and lasting transformation comes from what you learn, practise and apply along the way.
If you’re not ready to make that commitment to yourself, I may not be the right coach for you at this stage.

NOTE: Sessions are charged for one at a time, so you will only pay for one session at the time of booking. Remaining sessions in your package will be paid for individually as they are booked.
Cancellation and rescheduling guidelines are set out in detail in the coaching agreement.
